When you use the contact or quote-request form, or reach us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and the requirement or message you send, including any model numbers or quantities. We do not ask for, or want, payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial details through this website.
How the quote list works
The multi-item quote list is stored only in your own browser (local storage) on your device. Nothing from it is sent to us until you choose to submit it — at which point it opens WhatsApp or your email app pre-filled with the items and details you entered, and you decide whether to send. You can clear the list at any time from the quote page.
How we use your information
We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry — to prepare a quotation, confirm stock, arrange delivery, or answer your question. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies & analytics
The website uses only the minimal storage needed to work (such as remembering your quote list and your language). Where website analytics are enabled, a service such as Google Analytics may set cookies to give us anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used; this helps us improve it and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing your information
We share your details only as needed to fulfil your request — for example, with the manufacturer (such as Multispan) to confirm a product or with a courier to arrange delivery — and with service providers who help operate the website.
