The best return is the one you never need. Because we are the authorized Multispan distributor, we confirm the correct ordering-code variant for your application before dispatch — avoiding the wrong-variant problem that comes with general resellers and marketplace listings.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If an item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us promptly with the model/part number, your invoice reference and photos. Genuine items found faulty are repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns of correctly-supplied items
If you need to return a standard item that was supplied correctly, contact us and we will assess it case by case. Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return or exchange by agreement; restocking terms are confirmed at the time.
Non-returnable items
Custom-built switchgear and control panels, and models specially ordered to your specification, are generally non-returnable as they are made or sourced specifically for your project. We confirm specifications with you before building or ordering these.
