Which controls suit basement pump rooms and water tanks?

For booster, transfer and drainage pumps we build control panels with duty/standby alternation and dry-run protection, using Multispan WLC-22 / WLC-35 water-level controllers, DT-series timers and SPP-22 single-phase preventers to protect the motors.

How do you protect lifts, AHUs and pumps from UAE voltage fluctuation?

We fit Multispan voltage protection relays such as VPR-22U, VPR-35 and SVR-22U, plus the SPP-22 single-phasing preventer and OLR-50100 overload relay, so three-phase loads trip safely on under/over-voltage or phase loss.
