HVAC — Switchgear & Control Panels in the UAE

For UAE HVAC plants we manufacture and supply the control gear that runs chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, cooling towers and BMS: chiller sequence control panels, VFD and motor-control centres for chilled-water and condenser pumps, APFC capacitor banks for chiller loads, and AHU/FAHU control panels. Each board is built to IEC 61439 and DEWA practice in our Dubai factory, wired with Multispan temperature, humidity and protection instruments plus genuine ABB, Schneider and Eaton components.

In a UAE building, HVAC is the single largest electrical load, and summer ambient temperatures keep chillers, pumps and fans running near-continuously. That makes sequencing, power-factor correction and motor protection essential — a lost phase or nuisance trip on a chilled-water pump can idle a whole tower. We design each panel around the plant's actual single-line diagram: staging logic for multi-chiller plants, APFC to hold power factor above the DEWA threshold, and VFD/soft-start feeders that trim pump and fan energy. Multispan controllers give tight setpoint control on chilled water and FAHU humidity, with RS-485 Modbus into the BMS. Built in Dubai to IEC 61439 and DEWA practice, and delivered across all seven emirates and the wider GCC.

Which Multispan controllers suit AHU and FAHU applications?

TC-series PID temperature controllers hold chilled-water and supply-air setpoints, the MHC 512 controls humidity, and the MHT-1202 / MHT-9044 combine temperature and humidity for FAHU and precision rooms. Higher models offer RS-485 Modbus into the BMS.

Why do chiller plants need capacitor banks / APFC?

Chiller compressors are cyclic inductive loads that drag power factor down. An APFC capacitor bank switches steps to hold power factor high, avoids DEWA reactive-power penalties and frees up transformer and cable capacity.

Can the panels integrate with our BMS?

Yes. Multispan controllers and MFM multifunction/energy meters provide RS-485 Modbus, so chiller staging, temperature, humidity and sub-metering data can be read and controlled from your BMS or SCADA.
